If it’s all pain, it can be hard to stick around for the gains. If you’re white-knuckling, trying to change and shift with sheer will, you will eventually run yourself ragged.
Where’s the compassion, the fun, the joy? Growth can be fun. In fact, studies have shown that when children are learning something new, they require 200-400 repetitions, UNLESS they are playing, singing, or moving, in which case the number drops drastically to 20-30 repetitions!
When we are having fun, we feel safe. When we’re feeling safe, our brains and bodies are more receptive to changing patterns and paradigms. In Astro-Coaching, we nerd out, follow desires, and encourage enthusiasm. Because of this, it’s hard to have a session and not feel expanded.
Information is useless without integration & implementation.
Binging TikToks at 3am hasn’t helped you yet because A. they usually leave out the most important part; how to actually use the information and B. if this age of information overflow has taught us anything, it’s that knowing and doing are two completely different things. If you already knew how to implement something, you’d be doing it.
Often what it takes to bridge the gap is knowledge + implementation + time + iteration. Knowledge is just the first (and easiest) of four steps. This formula is so much easier with the proper accountability and support in place.

HI, I’m Maz (they/them). I’m a compassionate, galvanizing Coach, Astrologer, artist, and teacher with a background in art & design — aka iteration, future-building, and way-finding.
As a Queer, neurodivergent Astro-Coach, I am dedicated to supporting multi-dimensional misfits transmute shame into pride, stress into joy, and fear into freedom.
Astrology opened up a clear pathway for me to understand, accept, and ultimately love myself, quirks and all.
It was my gateway into personalized self-care and cyclical living, which helped me finally embrace my fluidity, move past compare-and-despair, and explore my unique gifts.
I noticed that pop-astrology leaves out some of the most potent info which is why people get stuck or don’t feel the resonance. To appreciate the true power of this framework it must be applied and integrated with nuance and care.
That’s why I started Astro-Coaching, as a way to share my not-so-secret sauce for relational growth, celebrating differences, and making meaning of the difficult moments we are moving through.
Astrology is my go-to tool for liberation, authentic connection, and motivation. Even if it doesn’t become yours, Astro-Coaching will leave you feeling seen, validated, and full of possibility!

NO Astrology knowledge needed. All levels welcome.
My Astrology offerings aren’t straight-up readings. In Astro-Coaching sessions, I use Astrology to initiate, facilitate, and frame conversations about who you are, where you are in your life, and what you want + what may be supportive for you. As long as you are open to that, this is for you!
I meet clients wherever they are in their Astrology-knowledge and interest level, so that they can get the most out of our time together. If you are new to Astrology or it’s not totally your thing, consider me your translator as we travel through new and enlightening landscapes.
All that said, if you love Astrology, I’m so down to nerd-out.

This isn’t a typical reading. While we do look at your birth chart, we use your placements to go deep into the places where you could use support, resource, or creative approaches to new create new pathways.
This is Astrology through a Coaching lens aka highly focused on integration and application for immediate impact.

If this is you, you’re not alone! It’s no secret that pop-astrology leaves out some of the most potent info which is why so many people get stuck or don’t resonate. It’s impossible to fit everything into a 60 second reel or 12 slide carousel post.
The magic is in the details. Your chart is so much more than your Sun sign or “big 3.” Astrology is a highly complex, yet flexible framework. A time-honored tool of liberation and self-knowing. Pop-astrology is inherently reductive and usually leaves out details like houses, the chemistry of your placements, and planetary interactions.
To appreciate the true power of this framework it must be applied and integrated with nuance and care, which is where I come in. That’s also why we have 5 sessions together, to go deep and find the gold in your star chart.

YES! Astrologically we are in a very potent, powerful year with a lot of cycles ending and beginning. This time in particular is full of Astrology that is life-changing.
While Astro-Coaching isn’t predictive (in other words I can’t tell you what’s going to happen) it will help you prepare, root, resource, and move through this intense paradigm-shifts with compassion, curiosity, and creativity. This will support you in reclaiming your agency, even in the midst of chaos. Chaos is fertile ground for creation.
SO many people have described Astro-Coaching as bringing together puzzle pieces, connecting the dots, and making things make sense, including those nagging questions and uncertainties that we think we just have to live with. This is the perfect time for that process!

I will offer you home play to further integrate and practice what we are working on, but it is completely optional.
Our Astro-Coaching sessions are highly impactful and even without further work on your end, will create an evolutionary ripple effect.

I practice Western Astrology and while I look at both Whole Sign and Placidus, I tend to favor Placidus because it feels more specific. (If you don’t know what “Whole Sign” or “Placidus” are, it’s two different ways of orienting to an Astrology chart.)
The Astrology I practice is intuitive and reflective. It’s more about bringing light to your patterns, gifts, and contradictions instead of predicting partnership, career advancements, or crises.
There may be times when we discuss points of tension or potential challenge to be aware of. This is to help you prepare, not to seal your fate or predict the future.
